Agreement Between You and Fly Minicabs By booking a taxi and using our service, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement. This agreement constitutes the understanding between you and Fly Minicabs.
In this agreement, "Fly Minicabs," "we," or "us" denotes the company providing the service, while "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 It is your responsibility to ensure you allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is crucial. Fly Minicabs will not be held accountable for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate time or your unavailability for collection at the designated time.
2.2 You are responsible for booking a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Fly Minicabs cannot guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. It's important to note that any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should specify this at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be added. We reserve the right to modify the quoted price if there are significant changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Any waiting time exceeding this period will be subject to the standard waiting rate of Fly Minicabs. We make every effort to monitor flight details and adjust our service in case of delays, but we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Fly Minicabs of any discrepancies will absolve us of responsibility for any resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.
4.1 You are accountable for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. If any passenger soils, damages, or negatively impacts the vehicle, a cleaning fee may be applied.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
4.3 All children must be appropriately restrained in accordance with their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are obligated to carry no more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance.
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Fly Minicabs, please do so as soon as possible. Failure to cancel a vehicle after dispatch may result in a charge based on the time and distance traveled by the driver to the point of cancellation.
5.2 If you've made an online booking and cancel before the vehicle has been dispatched, a cancellation charge may apply.
6.1 While Fly Minicabs strives to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control. There are no circumstances in which Fly Minicabs will be responsible for your or your business's losses.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey with Fly Minicabs, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to minimize delays.
6.4 You will not hold Fly Minicabs responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
6.5 None of the parties involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter classified as unenforceable under applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is jeopardized by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Fly Minicabs may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 Fly Minicabs may amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be carried out at the rates in effect when the booking is made.
8.3 We handle and process information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Fly Minicabs and you.
8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit on a third party. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless explicitly stated in writing.
Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 30 days from the pickup date. Fly Minicabs is not obligated to consider claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
