Time of waiting at the airports   Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, for 30 minutes from the actual LANDING of the plane, holding a sheet of paper with your name on it. Within the price you have a guaranteed 30 minutes of waiting (counted from the actual LANDING of the plane). Together you have one hour for a peaceful collecting the luggage, without being exposed for additional costs.   Fee for additional waiting   Should there be need of additional waiting, for each additional hour a fee of 12 GBP will be charged (including the car park).   For the good of our clients, the fee is charged within a 30 minute cycle. For each additional 30 minutes a fee of 6 GBP will be charged.   After the booking you will obtain a FREE telephone number to our call centre, in case the driver, for a chance accident, does not appear. Even without having a mobile phone, you will be able to call us free from the phone box in the airport in order to explain the situation!
